Want to become a sponsor for a dog’s surgery?
We are looking for $100 sponsorships from our supporters for 25/50 dogs to help us with our costs.
On May 5 and 6, the Manitoba Underdogs Rescue and The Ark Project teams will be heading to Sagkeeng First Nation for a two-day spay/neuter clinic with the community. Owned dogs will be fixed and vaccinated (as well as have any health issues addressed) and stray/surrendered dogs will be networked into rescues.
The cost of a two-day clinic is $12,000. We’ve been extremely lucky to have this clinic majorly sponsored by Sunova Credit Union, Brio Insurance, and Sagkeeng First Nation. Additionally, owners are asked to contribute $30 toward their dog’s surgery. But we still need to raise another $5500 to fully fund the clinic.
Each sponsor will receive a photo of the dog that he or she helped make a difference for!
