On Saturday, January 27, five dogs from Sagkeeng First Nation will be transported to Winnipeg to be fixed, and vaccinated (as well as have any health issues addressed) with the help of our partner at Dakota Veterinary Hospital.
The cost of this Beat the Heat initiative is approximately $1,000. Each sponsor will receive a photo of the dog that he or she helped make a difference for! Tax receipts are issued for all donations over $20.
