- Transport dogs to vet appointments, photoshoots, or events.

Are you passionate about planning events and helping dogs find loving homes? We’re looking for an Adoption Events Coordinator to lead our adoption events and make sure our underdogs get the spotlight they deserve. While this role is primarily remote, we’d love for you to attend events to connect with adoption partners and volunteers.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and coordinate adoption events with partners like PetSmart.
- Work with our foster and vetting teams to select dogs for each event.
- Arrange transportation for dogs and ensure events are well-staffed.
- Collaborate on event marketing and logistics, including managing donations.
- Build strong relationships with partners to keep events running smoothly.

Are you organized, self-motivated, and ready to help our underdogs thrive? We’re looking for a Supply Coordinator to support our fosters and manage our inventory of food, supplies, and more. You’ll work closely with the Supplies team to ensure all foster dogs have what they need to succeed.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee a small volunteer team and assist the Supplies team as needed.
- Monitor emails and team chats to fulfill supply requests.
- Manage inventory between supply houses and track items used by foster dogs.
- Coordinate supply distribution and support our community outreach work.
- Help onboard and train new volunteers for the Supplies team.
- Monitor inventory levels, product expiration, and ensure everything is stocked.
- Assist with data entry and inventory reports.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with data entry and Google Sheets/Docs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in team management is an asset.

We’re seeking organized and reliable volunteers to help manage the inventory of supplies like food and kennels for our rescue. If you have space in your home and want to make a tangible difference for our underdogs, this is the perfect opportunity!

What you’ll do:
- Store and manage supplies like kennels, food, leashes, toys, and more.
- Label all MUR supplies and track inventory.
- Facilitate drop-offs and pick-ups for foster families.
- Keep supplies organized and ready for use.
What we’re looking for:
- A dedicated space of 200 sq ft for storage.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to coordinate with foster homes for supply needs.
- Good computer skills and experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Love talking about dogs and helping them find their perfect foster or forever homes? We’re looking for friendly individuals to join our home visit team! As one of the first faces of MUR, you’ll play a vital role in meeting new foster and adoption applicants.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct home visits (virtually or in-person) with foster and adoption applicants.
- Walk applicants through MUR’s processes, protocols, and contracts.
- Answer questions about dog care and foster/adoption expectations.
- Report any concerns or limitations about the home, family, or yard to our foster or adoption teams.
- Represent MUR with a professional and welcoming attitude.

- Knowledge or willingness to learn MUR’s home visit policies.
