Penelope Pickles is a low maintenance gal! She loves toys, especially playing fetch (she’ll ask you to throw her ball any chance she gets).

She is housebroken and kennel trained, but can also be trusted left loose in the house. Penny is good with cats and respectful dogs. She is looking for foster placement without kids, as they make her nervous.

Penelope takes time to warm up to people, but is easily persuaded with treats.
